Marylebone · London W1 · Est. 2014
Solstice is a doctor-led clinic for people who want to look rested, not altered. Conservative dosing, published prices, and honest downtime — including the days you won't want photographed.
Our position
Roughly one in five consultations here ends with us recommending nothing at all, or something smaller than what was asked for.
Aesthetic medicine goes wrong through accumulation — a little more each visit, until the face belongs to the treatment plan rather than the person. We plan in years, not appointments.
Every needle at Solstice is held by a GMC-registered doctor. No delegated injecting, no exceptions, no trainee days.
We map and photograph your face at the first visit, then work to a written two-year plan. You know what is coming and what it costs.
We tell you the real recovery, bad photo days included. Book your diary around the truth, not around our optimism.
The index
No "from" prices that change at reception. Modality, session length, real downtime, when results appear, and how long they last — published for all twelve treatments we offer.
Neuromodulator

HA gel · cross-linked
Restores volume at the cheek, jaw and temple. Placed deep, on bone, in small amounts — never used to chase a shape your skeleton won't hold.
Polynucleotide · regenerative
Repairs crepey skin under the eye and on the neck. Regenerative rather than volumising — it improves the tissue instead of padding it.
HA bio-remodelling
Hydrates and firms from within. Five injection points per side, no volume added — the option for people who want better skin, not a different face.
RF · 0.5–3.5 mm
Radiofrequency delivered at controlled depth to tighten and resurface. Our workhorse for texture, pores and early laxity.
CO₂ · 10,600 nm
Ablative CO₂ for deep texture, acne scarring and sun damage. One session, a serious result, and a week you will need to plan for.
IPL · 515–1200 nm
Clears sun spots, diffuse redness and broken capillaries across the face, neck and chest. Spots darken before they lift.
Nd:YAG · 1064 nm
Long-pulse Nd:YAG, which is safe across all six Fitzpatrick skin types including deeper tones. Patch tested before any course begins.
TCA · 15–35%
TCA and mandelic blends prescribed to your skin rather than sold as a menu tier. Strength escalates across the course.
PDO · barbed suture
Repositions the mid-face using absorbable barbed sutures. A bridge before surgery, not a substitute for it — and we will say so.
Cryolipolysis · −9 °C
Controlled cooling for defined pockets that don't respond to training. Not a weight-loss treatment, and we won't sell it as one.
Neuromodulator · medical
Toxin to the underarms, palms or soles for excessive sweating. A medical treatment first and a cosmetic one second.

Prices are per session and include your two-week review. Courses are quoted in full at consultation — we don't discount to close.
Book a consultationFlagship · CO₂ 10,600 nm
Fractional CO₂ resurfacing is the single most effective thing we do, and the single thing most clinics soften into a course of six gentler sessions. We would rather you booked one week off and got the result.
Results
Every patient is photographed in a fixed rig at every visit — same distance, same lighting, no make-up, no retouching. It is the only way to know whether something worked.
I went in asking for filler and left with a plan that started with a laser and no injectables at all. Two years on, people ask whether I've been sleeping better.
The consultation was the first time anyone explained why my under-eyes looked hollow, rather than simply offering to fill them.
I've been to three clinics in London. Solstice is the only one that has ever told me not to do something.
Individual results vary. Photography published with written patient consent.
Your first visit
We will not treat you on the day you consult. The pause is the point — decisions made in a treatment room are rarely the ones people keep.
Consultation · 40 minutes
Standardised photography, a facial assessment, and a proper conversation about what actually bothers you — which is often not what you booked in for. £75, redeemed against any treatment.
The plan · same day
A two-year sequence with every price on it, in order of what will make the most difference. No deposit is taken and nothing is booked while you are in the building.
Treatment · 48 hrs later
Book when you're ready, around your diary and your downtime. Plans stay open for twelve months at the quoted price.
Review · two weeks
Every injectable is reviewed at two weeks at no cost. We under-dose first because it is straightforward to add and slow to remove.
The team
You will see the same face at every appointment. Registration numbers are on display at reception and available on request.

The clinic
We took the Georgian townhouse on Devonshire Place in 2014 and spent a year on it — standardised photography lighting in every room, medical-grade air handling, and a private street entrance. You will not run into anyone you know at reception.
Pricing
Memberships spread the cost of a plan you have already agreed. They are not a commitment to treatments you haven't chosen, and you can pause any month.

Questions
If yours isn't here, call reception on +44 20 7946 0812. You'll speak to someone who works in the building.
Not if it's done properly. We under-dose on the first visit and review at two weeks, because it is straightforward to add and slow to remove. Most patients are told they look well rather than asked what they've had.
No. We also won't book a treatment for the same day you consult. You get at least 48 hours away from the room to change your mind, and your quoted prices are held for twelve months.
Come back. Reviews are free for two weeks after any injectable and adjustments are included. Toxin can be topped up. Filler we placed can be dissolved at no charge, at any point.
It's redeemed in full against any treatment booked within 90 days. If you decide to do nothing — which happens in around one in five consultations — the fee covers the doctor's time and you keep the written plan.
Yes. Our hair-removal platform is long-pulse Nd:YAG at 1064 nm, which is safe across Fitzpatrick types I–VI. Peels and resurfacing are prescribed with post-inflammatory pigmentation risk assessed first, and every laser course begins with a patch test.
Please do. It is the fastest way to establish whether we can get there — and whether what you're looking at is a treatment or somebody else's bone structure. We'd rather have that conversation at the start.
The clinic is CQC registered. All three practitioners hold current GMC or NMC registration, carry independent indemnity, and are listed on the Save Face register. Registration numbers are published on this page and on display at reception.
